Halloween is by FAR my FAVORITE holiday. And anyone who knows me, knows my heart belongs to dark beauty. When Alex of AVE Styles and Alejandra of Imaginale Design asked me to be a part of this shoot, my heart skipped a beat, I was beyond flattered, and I was finally going to be a vampire ;)!
The gorgeous dress we are featuring in this shoot (that is only fit for a vampire ha ha) was created by Fame and Partners.
Alex is a unique and creative fashion stylist here in Phoenix AZ and Alejandra is seriously talented videographer who specializes in telling your story and creating gorgeous brand films. I've worked with both of these ladies on numerous projects but out of the three shoots I've done with them this one is by far my favorite. The best part? It was maybe the most simple out of all of them. Yes, there was planning involved just like any shoot but more than anything, when creatives with a similar passion come together, magic happens even when the shoot doesn't go according to plan.
Vampires have always been known for their fair skin, dark eye, dark eye makeup, and their luxury. They know how to lure you in and captivate you. Fame and Partners did an extremely killer job when making this piece. The piece truly captivates the essence of luxury with the embellished top and sleep silhouetted black dress. I paired dark dramatic stiletto nails and dark eye and lip makeup to go with this dress. I felt it really set the mood and added a 'character' to the shoot. I left my hair messy and uncontrived for an effortless addition to an otherwise glamours look.
YOU GUYS! Can I just be a vampire EVERYDAY? I'm so pumped right now. I love working on collaborative shoots with people who are willing to push their skills and their brand. This was a new adventure for both Alex and Ale, and lets be real, I've always had a Halloween Gothic girl living inside me. I hope you all love our vampire shoot as much as we do!
